## Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Re:Stock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Re:Stock is provided by Rokas Kučinskas, IA Cert. No. 1489428, Marijampolė, LT-68147, Lithuania.

Re:Stock is operated from Lithuania and may be available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Some rights and obligations depend on where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, remedies, or local protections that cannot be limited by contract.

## Relationship with Apple terms

Re:Stock is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of Re:Stock may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate end user license agreement is provided.

Apple handles App Store downloads, subscriptions, billing, payment methods, purchase history, cancellation flows, refund requests, Family Sharing where available, and Apple account access. These terms explain Re:Stock-specific rules and do not replace terms that apply between you and Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for Re:Stock. Support for Re:Stock is provided by the developer as described under Availability, updates, and support.

## App purpose

Re:Stock helps you track inventory, estimate refill timing, and organize recurring use of items with a predictable rate of use. The app is designed around supplement inventory, but it is a personal organization utility rather than a medical, nutrition, treatment, or safety product.

Availability in a country, region, language, or App Store storefront does not mean Re:Stock is suitable for every use or legally available for every purpose. You are responsible for using Re:Stock only where and how it is lawful for you to do so.

## Age requirement

Re:Stock is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to use the App Store or to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Children should use the app only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

## Not medical advice

Re:Stock does not provide medical, nutrition, supplement, diagnosis, treatment, or health advice. Inventory estimates, schedules, reminders, and restock suggestions are informational organization tools only.

You are responsible for supplement, health, and purchasing decisions. Consult a qualified professional for medical, nutrition, supplement, or health-related questions.

## User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into Re:Stock, including product details, serving sizes, inventory amounts, purchase records, schedules, skipped servings, notes, and usage assumptions.

Refill estimates may be wrong if input data, usage patterns, sync state, notifications, calendar events, or device settings are inaccurate or unavailable.

## Paid features, subscriptions, and purchases

Re:Stock may offer premium access through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and a lifetime purchase.

Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple account. Re:Stock does not process payment cards directly. Subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation options, refund eligibility, taxes, and regional pricing may be governed by Apple's App Store purchase flows and policies.

You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled through Apple.

A "lifetime purchase" means a one-time purchase for access to the included paid Re:Stock features for the lifetime of the Re:Stock app or product offering as made available and supported through the App Store. It does not mean your lifetime, a promise that Re:Stock will exist forever, or a promise to support every future device, operating system, Apple service, App Store policy, or feature forever.

Lifetime access remains subject to App Store availability, Apple's services, technical and legal feasibility, reasonable product changes, discontinuation under these terms, and mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law requires a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, termination right, or other remedy for paid digital content or services that are not supplied as required, these terms do not remove that remedy.

## Local data, iCloud, exports, and backups

Re:Stock stores app data locally on your device by default. The developer does not operate a Re:Stock account system or developer-run inventory database for your app data.

If you enable iCloud Sync, syncing depends on Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services, your Apple account, device settings, network availability, storage availability, and Apple's service status. The developer normally cannot access, delete, restore, or correct data that exists only on your device or in your private iCloud account unless you choose to send it, for example in a support email or exported file.

You are responsible for exported files and for any copies you share, upload, or store outside the app. Once exported outside Re:Stock, those files are no longer controlled by Re:Stock and are protected only by the services or storage locations you choose. Re:Stock may offer import, export, or backup features, but you should keep your own backups of information that matters to you.

## Notifications and calendar reminders

Notifications and calendar reminders are convenience features. They may fail, arrive late, be silenced, be disabled, or behave differently depending on device settings, permissions, Focus modes, calendar configuration, operating system behavior, and Apple services.

Do not rely on Re:Stock reminders for medical, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.

## Availability, updates, and support

Re:Stock and the website are provided as available. Features may change over time, and availability may depend on Apple services, device settings, operating system versions, network access, iCloud status, and App Store availability.

The developer aims to maintain Re:Stock with reasonable updates and may release fixes when needed. Re:Stock does not promise uninterrupted operation, a fixed update schedule, a fixed feature set, or support for every device, operating system version, Apple service, or feature forever.

Support is available by email at support@restockapp.app. Support response times may vary, and no service-level response time is promised.

Support may include reasonable help with Re:Stock bugs, purchase questions that can be answered without Apple account access, privacy or terms questions, and app troubleshooting. Support does not include medical advice, legal advice, one-to-one training, custom feature development, manual data entry, recovery of Apple accounts or iCloud data, support for unsupported devices or operating systems, or support for modified app environments.

To the extent permitted by law, support may be limited or declined where a request is abusive, unlawful, unrelated to Re:Stock, repeatedly duplicative, or not reasonably necessary to use the app.

## Changes and discontinuation

Re:Stock may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, for valid reasons such as product improvement, reliability, security, legal or compliance requirements, Apple platform or App Store changes, technical limitations, low usage, operational viability, or business viability.

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided for material changes or discontinuation. If a change or discontinuation materially affects paid features, any remedy required by applicable consumer law remains available.

If Re:Stock is discontinued, you may lose access to future updates, support, App Store availability, or online materials. Data stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account may remain under your control according to your device and Apple account settings.

## Intellectual property

Re:Stock, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Re:Stock only for your personal, lawful use and as allowed by Apple App Store terms and applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, interfere with, or create derivative works from Re:Stock except where allowed by applicable law, Apple's terms, or written permission from the developer.

## Privacy

Re:Stock's privacy policy explains how privacy and data handling work, including local storage, iCloud, App Store purchases, support email, and privacy requests. It is available at [https://restockapp.app/privacy](https://restockapp.app/privacy).

## No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Re:Stock is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those required by law. Re:Stock is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, available forever, or suitable for medical, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.

This does not exclude or limit warranties, legal guarantees, conformity rights, remedies, or other rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Re:Stock and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Re:Stock and its developer are also not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you enter, decisions you make based on app estimates or reminders, device settings, unavailable notifications, Apple services, iCloud status, network issues, exported files after they leave the app, or third-party products and services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

## Events outside our control

Re:Stock is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside the developer's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, or actions by third-party service providers, including Apple.

## Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer law in your country or region gives you additional protection.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not prevent you from using any court, regulator, consumer authority, alternative dispute resolution process, or other remedy that mandatory law makes available to you. You are encouraged to contact support@restockapp.app first so the issue can be reviewed directly.

## Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Re:Stock changes or as legal, technical, App Store, or operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

If material changes are made, Re:Stock may provide additional notice where practical. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or remedies that have already arisen under applicable law.
