Do I need to log every dose?
No. Re:Stock isn't a compliance tracker. You set up each supplement and its schedule once, and it counts every serving down for you, day by day. You only step in for the exceptions.
What happens when I skip a dose?
Mark the skip and Re:Stock puts that serving back, so your days-remaining goes up instead of down. Taking an extra, pausing for a week, or switching brands mid-bottle all work the same way, and the numbers stay honest without any rebuilding.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and synced across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud. There is no Re:Stock account and no Re:Stock server. No ads, no third-party trackers, nothing sold.
What does Premium unlock?
The free version tracks up to 5 supplements and 3 stacks with the full automatic countdown. Premium removes the caps and adds calendar reminder sync, adaptive forecasting, stack cost analytics, and adherence nudges. It's a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Does Re:Stock recommend supplements or dosages?
No. Re:Stock only tracks what you already take. It never suggests supplements or doses and is not medical advice.
Can I adjust the remaining quantity manually?
Yes. Do a quick physical count and set the real number whenever you like: you found an extra bottle, spilled some, or started one mid-way. Re:Stock re-bases the countdown from there.
